ESG IMPACT & SUSTAINABILITY
ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY POLICY
While creating digital and physical products, for education you will love, we must keep the planet in mind with everything we do. We believe that human beings can exist in harmony with the natural world and that we should see ourselves as part of this rather than something separate. Therefore we work hard to be mindful of our production by following ESG best practice, and our Environmental Sustainability policy, which formalises our commitment to supporting the principles of environmental sustainability and recognises that a sustainable environment is central to our lives and our work. ESG IMPACT IN OUR EDUCATION FRAMEWORK
The HOLISTIC SCIENCE FRAMEWORK© has been developed to support both ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) considerations and Quality Standards for Coaching Education, where it matters most: at the grassroots and engagement level, the interaction between coaches and athletes/students. The framework and our courses help us take actionable steps that can immediately be implemented immediately in training and development: they help coaches, athletes, students, and management alike, without interfering with current coaching education systems.

MERCHANDISE & SUPPLY CHAIN
One in every five garments ends up in a landfill without ever being worn. We plan to avoid this by only producing on demand. Only once an order is placed the production and shipping process is started for each order. This avoids overproduction and leftover stock. All our physical products are created on-demand via Printful production & distribution facilities to reduce overproduction. Only up to five sample(s) per design are kept for product development purposes. Our collections favour responsibly-sourced or recycled materials, and we are planning on improving our practices as we develop the brand. Strategically located fulfilment centres help reduce our COâ‚‚ emissions by supplying your garments more locally and shortening the shipping journey. Products are also directly shipped to your home once they have been created, which shortens the supply chain of our products.
