Based at our Training Centre in the Swiss Alps, we are a UK/Swiss family company established in 2008, with a mission to develop, innovate, and teach whole-systems science and holistic training approaches to improve health, wellbeing, and performance through an active lifestyle and connection to the natural world.
Our BBS Training Academy is governed and endorsed by CIMSPA (UK), EREPS (EU), NASM, and AFAA (USA).
