Lars oversees operations at our Training Centre, managing both on-site and online functions. He specializes in technology and information systems at MAVERICKS Life Co. and is responsible for membership management and optimizing user experiences. His role extends to managing the Training Centre, BBS Training Academy, and coordinating operations and distribution within our media communications team.

Before joining MAVERICKS, Lars spent a decade in the London hospitality industry as a venue and club manager. In 2012, he partnered with Jessica to establish MAVERICKS' consultancy and education division, extending its reach to the UK, US, and South Africa. This division is primarily engaged in training and social media consultancy projects, having collaborated with prestigious clients such as BNP Paribas, CBS Television Network, and Russell Athletic.
